摘要

皮疹是靶向药物、化疗药物治疗肿瘤最常见的不良反应。中医学认为癌毒、药毒为皮损的主要致病因素，痰、湿、瘀是主要的病理产物。根据患者皮疹的临床特点提出“两期七候”的辨证论治方法，两期指使用靶向治疗或化疗药物的初期和后期，七候分别为热毒蕴结、肝胆湿热、三焦湿热、湿热下注、血络瘀滞、气阴两虚、气血亏虚7种证候，针对不同证候辨证处方，内外同治，减轻皮损，提升患者的生存质量。
