摘要

目的,2,观察阳和汤加减方治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）寒湿痹阻证的临床疗效及安全性。,方法,2,将90例RA寒湿痹阻证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，其中治疗组口服阳和汤加减方联合甲氨蝶呤（MTX）；对照组口服阳和汤加减方模拟剂联合MTX（即单用MTX），疗程均为12周。比较患者治疗前后达到美国风湿病学会（ACR）评分标准改善程度≥20 ％（ACR20）的患者比例、28处关节疾病活动度积分［DAS28-CRP（3）］评分、中医证候疗效，记录2组不良反应发生情况。,结果,2,治疗12周后，治疗组ACR20达标率（78.5%）高于对照组（60.0%），差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。2组DAS28-CRP（3）与各组治疗前评分相比均有明显下降，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.01），2组DAS28评分均值在治疗12周后均有明显降低。治疗组的降低幅度（-1.47±0.88）大于对照组（-1.12±0.69），差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.01）。中医证候疗效比较治疗组（61.9 %）优于对照组（35.0 %），差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05），2组不良反应相当。,结论,2,阳和汤加减方联合MTX可有效治疗RA寒湿痹阻证。
