摘要

目的,2,评价四参护心汤对介入治疗（PCI）术后心绞痛患者生活质量及炎症因子的影响。,方法,2,选择自2017年12月—2019年10月望京医院急诊科诊治的PCI术后心绞痛患者83例，按照随机数字法分为对照组42例、治疗组41例。2组均给予抗凝、控制血糖血压、稳定斑块、控制心室率、抑制心室重构等基础治疗，治疗组加用四参护心汤口服，对照组加用安慰剂口服，均治疗4周。观察2组西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）、外周血炎症因子变化情况。,结果,2,治疗前2组理化检查、SAQ量表、外周血炎症因子差异均无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。治疗4周后，治疗组SAQ评分改善明显，血CRP、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,四参护心汤可提高PCI术后心绞痛患者生活质量，降低患者炎症反应。
