摘要

目的,2,观察二味拔毒膏对糖尿病足（DF）湿热毒蕴、筋腐肉烂证的临床疗效。,方法,2,选取DF患者60例，采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。2组均在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组应用二味拔毒膏，对照组予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶，2组均以14 d为1个疗程，共2个疗程。比较2组治疗前后症状与体征改善情况、临床疗效及安全性。,结果,2,2组的疗效性症状、体征总积分均较治疗前下降（,P,<,0.05），治疗组症状、体征总积分较对照组改善更为明显（,P,<,0.05）。治疗组总有效率高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。2组治疗过程中均未出现药物过敏反应、毒性反应、肝肾功能损伤及其他不良反应。,结论,2,应用二味拔毒膏治疗DF，可促进溃疡创面愈合，疗效确切，且安全性高。
