摘要

目的,2,系统评价针刺治疗盆底失弛缓综合征（UPFS）所致便秘的临床疗效。,方法,2,检索Cochrane数据库、MEDLINE、EMBASE、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国知网（CNKI）、维普数据库、万方数据库，检索时间范围从建库至2020年10月，纳入针刺治疗UPFS所致便秘的平行分组随机对照试验（RCTs）。数据由2名研究者独立提取，在进行偏倚风险评估后，使用RevMan 5.3.5软件进行分析，评价的主要结局指标是便秘症状的变化。,结果,2,共纳入16项RCTs，涉及1 030例患者，治疗时间2~4周。13项RCTs的治疗或对照措施中涉及生物反馈治疗。7项RCTs对比了针刺配合生物反馈治疗与单纯生物反馈治疗间的总有效率，结果提示试验组总有效率高于对照组（,RR,=1.20，95 %,CI ,1.09~1.31），其中2项中期随访（12周）RCTs总有效率提示相似结果（,RR,=1.82，95 %,CI ,1.05~3.16）。2项RCTs便秘评分结果提示，针刺配合生物反馈与单纯生物反馈治疗前后便秘症状变化差异无统计学意义（,MD,=-2.69，95 %,CI ,-6.95~1.57）。,结论,2,针刺配合生物反馈疗法治疗UPFS所致便秘近、中期疗效，较单纯使用生物反馈治疗均有一定优势。由于文献质量和数量等因素限制，尚无法确定该疗法在改善便秘症状方面的效果。
