摘要

目的,2,探讨重金属铅污染对水蛭抗凝血活性的影响。,方法,2,选取市场上主流的水蛭品种—蚂蟥,Whitmania pigra ,Whitman，将蚂蟥种苗随机分为正常对照组、铅低残留组、铅中残留组、铅高残留组各70条，分别养殖在含有原始土壤、低剂量硝酸铅土壤、中剂量硝酸铅土壤、高剂量硝酸铅土壤的水族箱中。50 d后获得不同程度铅污染的水蛭样品，分别采用凝血酶滴定法和凝血酶时间（TT）法评价其抗凝血活性。,结果,2,凝血酶滴定法测定结果显示，与生理盐水相比，各组水蛭样品均显示出抗凝血活性，且效价均高于药典对水蛭药材的规定（3 U/g）；与正常对照组相比，铅高残留组水蛭的U值较低（,P,<,0.01）。TT法结果显示，与生理盐水相比，各组水蛭样品均能延长TT；其中铅高残留组水蛭的TT较正常对照组水蛭的短（,P,<,0.01）。,结论,2,铅污染可降低水蛭的抗凝血活性。
