摘要

目的,2,应用LC-MS,n,技术确定复方芪丹颗粒的主要成分。,方法,2,采用SPE小柱对复方芪丹颗粒提取物的水溶液进行成分的纯化和富集。采用LC-MS,n,技术分析富集后的样品溶液，通过分析复方芪丹颗粒提取物的正、负离子一级和二级质谱数据，结合对照品和文献比对，确定复方芪丹配方颗粒的主要成分。,结果,2,从复方芪丹颗粒中共检测到25种主要组分，涉及丹参中的酚酸类、赤芍中单萜苷类、黄芪中异黄酮类、黄芪和黄精中的皂苷类，以及党参中烯酸类等物质。,结论,2,本研究确定了芪丹颗粒的主要组成成分，所建立的LC-ESI-MS,n,方法适合于复方芪丹颗粒化学成分的快速定性分析，研究为优化复方芪丹颗粒的质量控制、揭示其药效物质基础提供了科学的依据。
