摘要

糖尿病足是指糖尿病患者足部出现感染、溃疡或组织的破坏，通常伴有下肢神经病变和（或）周围动脉病变，属于中医学“脱疽”的范畴。鞠上主任基于“心主血脉”理论，认为糖尿病足的病因病机多为心气不足、阴血亏虚，导致足部失养，并首次提出糖尿病足炙甘草汤方证。治疗上多以滋阴养血、益气温阳、活血止痛之品，方用炙甘草汤加减，效如桴鼓。
