摘要

龙砂医家沈金鳌对五运六气理论有独到的见解，基于《杂病源流犀烛》管窥沈金鳌对五运六气学术思想的应用经验，认为沈金鳌以五运六气理论中的天时、运气、开阖枢、亢害承制等理论阐释多种疾病的病因病机，并且在治则治法上将脏腑经络之气与时令相合，临证之时更是参岁气以对处方的药味、药量进行加减调整，其独特思路值得学习、探讨、研究。
