摘要

肛周湿疹是发生于肛门周围特殊部位的湿疹，易反复发作形成慢性肛周湿疹，严重影响患者的生活质量，中医外治法在肛周湿疹的治疗中占据重要位置。肛周湿疹病机特点多为“风湿热瘀”夹杂，不同分期之间可相互转化。急性肛周湿疹治则以清热利湿、祛风止痒为主；亚急性肛周湿疹治则以健脾益气、燥湿祛风为主；慢性肛周湿疹治则以养血润燥、清热祛风为主；另外，肛周湿疹顽固难愈，在药物治疗的同时注重病因治疗和心理引导。
