摘要

目的,2,系统评价中医外治法治疗Ⅱ-Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效及安全性。,方法,2,计算机检索万方、CNKI、VIP、CBM、PubMed等数据库从2009年12月—2019年12月中医外治法治疗Ⅱ-Ⅳ期压疮的临床随机对照研究，采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。,结果,2,最终纳入28项研究，Meta分析结果显示：试验组（中医外治法）总有效率、治愈率、平均愈合时间、肉芽生长时间均优于对照组（西医常规疗法），亚组分析表明不同外治方法较对照组均能提高总有效率和治愈率，针对不同分期及疗程试验组平均愈合时间和肉芽生长时间较对照组均缩短，差异具有统计学意义（,P,<,0.01）。2组患者均无不良反应。,结论,2,中药软膏、散剂、溻渍、针刺、熏灸等中医外治法可提高Ⅱ-Ⅳ期压疮的整体疗效，加速创面封闭和修复愈合，安全性较好。
