摘要

目的,2,探讨揿针刺激胃、大肠、小肠下合穴对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。,方法,2,将2021年1月―6月在我院普外科行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的80例患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组，每组40例。术后对照组予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用揿针刺激患者胃、大肠、小肠下合穴，观察患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间，及患者术后腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐的中医证候积分情况。,结果,2,治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组（,P,<,0.05），治疗组较对照组可以明显改善患者的腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐不适症状（,P,<,0.05）。2组均无不良反应事件发生。,结论,2,揿针刺激胃、大肠、小肠下合穴可加快腹腔镜胆囊切除患者胃肠功能的恢复，改善患者术后不适症状，且安全可靠。
