摘要

目的,2,观察小儿推拿配合Beckman口肌训练对语言发育迟缓儿童口腔运动功能的改善作用。,方法,2,将60例语言发育迟缓合并口腔运动功能障碍的患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组，2组均采用同样的言语认知康复训练，治疗组使用小儿推拿配合Beckman口肌训练，而对照组采用单纯的Beckman口肌训练。治疗前及治疗6个月后运用GESELL发育测评和Beckman口腔运动评估量表评价临床疗效。,结果,2,治疗后2组语言行为、唇部运动、面颊运动、舌部运动均较治疗前改善（,P,<,0.05）；且治疗组在唇部运动、面颊运动功能方面改善均优于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,小儿推拿配合Beckman口肌训练对语言发育迟缓儿童口腔运动功能的疗效优于单纯Beckman口肌训练。
