摘要

夹脊穴位于督脉与足太阳膀胱经之间，针刺可平衡全身阴阳，通调脏腑气血。周围血管病多由气血阴阳功能失调所致，针刺夹脊穴可调和气血、平衡阴阳、活血化瘀，使经脉条达。在现代研究中针刺夹脊穴治疗周围血管病，可作用于相应脊髓节段脊神经后支，刺激神经体液调节，以增加血流量，改善肢体末梢微循环。文章概述了夹脊穴的源流、取穴和施针方式，并对国内外采用夹脊穴治疗周围血管病的作用机制和应用进行整理总结，结合影像学技术展望针刺夹脊穴治疗周围血管病的研究前景。
