摘要

溃疡性结肠炎是一种终身性难治性疾病，带来沉重的社会医疗负担。传统认为本病与湿热相关，治疗以清肠化湿为主。而临床实践表明，联用凉血化瘀药物能够迅速缓解患者血便等临床症状，促进黏膜愈合，改善临床结局。说明瘀热是本病发生、发展中的重要因素。沈洪教授结合临床经验提出湿热致瘀、瘀热伤络是本病脓血便的主要病机，故在中医理论指导下，从溃疡性结肠炎瘀热病机的形成要素、特点及用药原则方面探讨沈洪教授从瘀热论治本病的思路与经验。
