Effect of anxiety on serum inflammatory factors after myocardial infarction in rats and observation on intervention effect of Shuangxin Prescription
Objective,2,To investigate the effect of anxiety on inflammatory factors(NF-κB,TNF-,IL-1)after myocardial infarction in rats and the intervention effect of Shuangxin Prescription.,Methods,2,SD rats were divided into control group, model group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group according to random number table, with 10 rats in each group. The composite model of anxiety combined with myocardial infarction was established by empty bottle stimulation and ligation of anterior descending branch, and intervention was given by intragastric administration of Shuangxin Prescription. Cardiac function was evaluated by echocardiography, activity ability by field test, anxiety state by elevated cross maze, and levels of NF-κB,TNF- and IL-1 in peripheral blood were detected.,Results,2,Compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction of the model group, the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group was lower than that of the myocardial infarction group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the model group and the western medicine group, with statistical significance in difference(,P,<,0.05). Compared with the control group, the expressions of NF-κB,TNF- and IL-1 in serum of model group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were increased, but the expressions of NF-κB,TNF- and IL-1 in serum of Chinese medicine group were lower than those in model group and western medicine group, the differences were statistically significant (,P,<,0.05). Compared with the model group, the anxiety behavior was improved in both the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group. C,onclusion ,Anxiety can affect the level of inflammatory factors of rats with myocardial infarction and Shuangxin Prescription can reduce the expression of TNF-,IL-6 and IL-1 in serum and promote the cardiac function and relieve anxiety behavior.
