摘要

激素依赖型哮喘（SDA）属于难治性哮喘，是呼吸科临床中的疑难重症，首都国医名师武维屏教授擅长从调治脏腑入手，注重补肾、调肝、健脾、理肺，燮理气血阴阳，扶正祛邪，对于SDA的治疗效果肯定。武教授强调治疗SDA，须辨病与辨证相结合，宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合，从整体着眼，通过补肾、调肝、健脾、理肺之法，标本兼顾，多法协同，灵活化裁，以使人身气血调和、阴阳平衡，肺体清润无虞，肺气宣降如常，咳喘自平，最终摆脱激素。
