摘要

基于“分级用药”理论体系，探讨温化痰饮药的功效级别划分及应用级别策略。分析张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中对饮证、痰证的用药思路，明确“温化”为二者之共法。根据原著叙述将温化痰饮药分为茯苓、半夏、干姜三个级别，并由药及方对其进行梳理论述，以期形成相对完整的“分级用药”策略，为中医临床精准用药提供新的思路与方法。
