摘要

目的,2,观察表里和解方治疗表寒里热型流行性感冒（简称“流感”）的临床疗效。,方法,2,将35例表寒里热型流感患者通过简单随机法分为观察组16例、对照组19例，2组均依据方案口服对乙酰氨基酚片，观察组加服表里和解方，5 d为1个疗程。观察患者体温、流感症状、中医证候积分变化，及流感并发症、重症、危重症的发生情况，记录对乙酰氨基酚片使用情况。,结果,2,观察组体温复常时间为34（16，47）h，对照组为42（30，60）h；观察组24、36 h体温复常率分别为37.50%、56.25%，对照组为15.79%、31.58%；观察组对乙酰氨基酚片使用率为12.50%，对照组为36.84%，差异均无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。观察组治疗前后流感症状积分差值为（-9.25±2.59）分、中医证候积分差值为（-18.50±5.19）分；对照组分别为（-8.32±2.98）分、（-15.84±5.24）分，2组间比较差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.01）。治疗后，观察组中医证候痊愈率为56.25%，对照组为21.05%，2组间比较差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,表里和解方治疗流感，在缩短发热时间、减少解热药使用方面表现出有效趋势，能改善流感症状，有助于控制病情及改善预后。
