摘要

目的,2,观察《灵枢经》合谷刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。,方法,2,将84例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为合谷刺（观察）组、常规针刺（对照）组，各42例。观察组予《灵枢经》合谷刺治疗，对照组予常规毫针针刺，每周一、三、五予以治疗，总共治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后膝关节积液深度、疼痛数字评分（NRS）、骨性关节炎评分（WOMAC）及膝关节周径变化情况，及总有效率。,结果,2,治疗后，2组膝关节积液深度、NRS评分、WOMAC评分及膝关节周径均较治疗前改善（,P,<,0.05），且观察组治疗后以上指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。观察组总有效率为90.5%高于对照组的75.9%（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,《灵枢经》合谷刺治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效优于常规毫针针刺。
