摘要

近年来随着中医的发展，临床中发现中医适宜技术治疗腰痛的效果良好。《黄帝内经》记载了对于各种腰痛病的治疗方法，本文通过对《黄帝内经》中的腰痛理论、病因病机和取穴以及当前临床中医适宜技术治疗腰痛的现状等方面进行系统总结，为临床中医护理实践的追本溯源及中医护理科研提供了更多的理论依据。
