摘要

目的,2,观察湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎中医病证结合护理方案实践价值。,方法,2,选取2019年 10月—2021年 6月收治的湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎住院患者363例，针对患者主要症状采取辨证施护措施。,结果,2,病证结合护理方案对湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎症状的干预效果有效率在91.6%以上，患者的满意度达到97%，护士的认可度达到93%。,结论,2,湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎病证结合护理方案的应用价值较高，可改善患者临床症状、提高施护效果、促进中医辨证施护的开展。
