摘要

中药配方颗粒在中医临床实践中广泛应用，但其多为内服，外治应用相对较少。笔者所在团队在临床中应用配方颗粒“临方调配”外治皮肤病，将传统中医理论与现代医学成果相结合，通过外用制剂组合的方式丰富既往外用药“干对干，湿对湿”的治疗原则，尝试将医院治疗的传统模式逐渐向“真实世界”过渡，满足患者-亚健康人群-健康人群的不同需求，取得了一定疗效。以皮肤病常见外用制剂为切入点，从外治思路、调配方法、多剂型结合应用、护理注意事项以及应用要点等方面阐述配方颗粒临方调配的优势，丰富中医外治法的临床思路。
