摘要

“形神一体”理论强调人体物质属性与精神属性是密不可分、协调统一的，凸显象思维基于人体动态整体观的临床指导意义，是中医药原创理论之一。中风病的发生、发展关键在于毒邪损伤元神、戕害形体，防治宜形神兼顾。本文主要围绕象思维是“形神一体”理论指导临床的重要基础，以及“形神一体”理论在中风病全周期防治中的应用进行阐述。提出未病先防应强调外以动形、内以静神，既病防变应注重形神合一、松静协调；急性期察神以治形，恢复期调神以御形的防治思路。重视“形神一体”理论在中风病全周期管理及疗效评价中的关键作用，并融入临床诊疗实践，对改善患者预后、提高临床疗效具有重要意义。
