摘要

糖尿病足的成因及治疗过程复杂，中医外治法治疗不同阶段糖尿病足有一定优势，糖尿病足初期应以“通”为法，延缓疾病进展。枯腐期病情复杂，神经性溃疡应避免患足负重，防止溃疡处受压，神经-缺血性溃疡需改善溃疡血供，合并感染时，可采用清热解毒类中药溻渍或箍围法控制感染；干性坏疽清创时机“宜晚不宜早”，多采用鲸吞法清创，湿性坏疽清创时机“宜早不宜迟”，清创需分批进行，多采用蚕食法。恢复期可采用“祛腐生肌”之法，载邪外出。
