摘要

目的,2,观察自拟“宣肺利咽抗敏方”治疗肺气失宣兼脾湿肝热型感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。,方法,2,选择肺气失宣、脾湿肝热型感染后咳嗽患者140例，随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组，对照组剔除3例，最终纳入观察组70例、对照组67例。观察组予自拟“宣肺利咽抗敏方”口服，对照组予复方甲氧那明胶囊口服。2组均连续治疗7 d后，对比2组疗效、咳嗽症状评分、自觉症状评分、中医症状评分。,结果,2,观察组总有效率86.7%，高于对照组的76.1%（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组日间、夜间咳嗽症状评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组评分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；自觉症状评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；各项中医症状评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），观察组咳嗽、咽干、咽痒、咽喉异物感评分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。观察组无不良反应报告，对照组出现1例眩晕呕吐、1例嗜睡，但2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。,结论,2,自拟“宣肺利咽抗敏方”治疗肺气失宣、脾湿肝热型感染后咳嗽有效，且可显著改善患者症状，用药安全。
