摘要

目的,2,观察消痈散结汤治疗破溃期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。,方法,2,将128例破溃期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者，以信封法随机分为观察组、对照组，各64例，观察组给予消痈散结汤汤剂口服联合药渣外敷，对照组给予消痈散结汤汤剂口服，均治疗4个月。在治疗前后，分别对破溃范围、肿块大小、渗出液量、出血量、乳房疼痛程度进行评分，并观察药物安全性。,结果,2,治疗后，2组各项评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组肿块大小积分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗4个月，观察组愈合率85.94%，对照组为85.48%，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。治疗期间2组均未发生药物不良反应。,结论,2,消痈散结汤口服治疗破溃期浆细胞性乳腺炎具有促进创面愈合、肿块缩小，减少渗出、出血量，减轻乳房疼痛的作用，内外同治可进一步促进肿块缩小。
