摘要

目的,2,运用数据挖掘技术分析2010—2021年发表的针灸治疗慢性冠状动脉综合征研究的组方规律。,方法,2,检索2010年1月1日—2021年7月31日中国期刊数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台，针刺治疗冠心病、缺血性心肌病、稳定型心绞痛等相关文献，建立针灸处方数据库，进行统计分析，探究针灸组方规律。,结果,2,共纳入文献127篇，处方120首，涉及70个腧穴，总使用频次785次。使用频次前10位的腧穴依次是内关、膻中、心俞、足三里、厥阴俞、神门、郄门、巨阙、三阴交、膈俞；常选用经脉为足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经及手少阴心经；上肢及背部腧穴使用较多，特定穴主要选取交会穴、络穴和八脉交会穴。关联分析获得强关联腧穴配伍6组，其中内关-膻中居首位；聚类分析获得2个腧穴聚类群，其中内关-心俞-膻中形成独立聚类群。,结论,2,针刺治疗慢性冠状动脉综合征以内关-心俞-膻中为核心腧穴，俞募配穴、俞络配穴等多种配穴方式相结合。
