摘要

目的,2,分析50例膜性肾病患者糖皮质激素治疗前后中医证候的演变规律。,方法,2,选择使用糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺治疗的膜性肾病患者50例，制定统一的观察表，将患者的中医四诊信息真实地登录到观察表中，使用统一的辨证标准进行中医证型判定，分析膜性肾病患者激素治疗前后中医证候演变的客观规律。,结果,2,本虚证的演变，在激素使用前，以脾肾气虚及肺肾气虚为主；使用激素8周时，以肝肾阴虚和脾肾气虚为主；在激素撤减阶段，以脾肾气虚及肺肾气虚为主。标实证的演变，在激素使用前，兼夹血瘀证、水湿证为主；使用激素8周时，兼夹湿热、血瘀证为主；在撤减阶段，兼夹血瘀证、湿浊证为主。瘀血、湿邪在整个激素治疗过程中均较突出。,结论,2,膜性肾病患者长时间服用糖皮质激素，耗伤阴液，导致阴虚，当撤减激素时，会出现肾气虚衰；湿邪和瘀血证常见于糖皮质激素治疗膜性肾病的过程中。
