摘要

国医大师朱良春教授认为强直性脊柱炎多以肾督亏虚为内因，加之受寒或劳累等外因诱发而致。治疗以益肾壮督治其本、蠲痹通络治其标，根据不同症状表现，分为阳虚络瘀证、阴虚脉痹证两型，临证擅用虫类药并注重分期用药。对国医大师朱良春“益肾蠲痹法”治疗强直性脊柱炎的学术思想与临证经验予以整理，以飨同道。
