摘要

娄多峰教授是我国风湿病领域著名中医大家，对风湿病进行了数十年的临床实践和研究，提出了“虚邪瘀”理论。娄师认为虚邪瘀三者既是AS发生、发展、变化的基本病因病机，又是其临床最基本的证候类型，可作为本病的辨证纲领。娄师运用“虚邪瘀”辨证论治AS，并强调杂合以治和重视“治未病”，临床疗效颇佳，值得进一步研究和挖掘。
