摘要

流行性感冒（简称“流感”）人群普遍易感，而脆弱人群病情进展迅速。流感属中医学“时行感冒”“疫病”范畴，易侵袭脆弱人群，即中医传统观点中的“虚人”；我国自古即有“扶正祛邪”法以治外感疾病，源于中医思想中对正气的重视。治疗时应结合流感病机以及脆弱人群正气不足、疾病易内陷传变的特点，注重发汗解表、扶正透邪，将透散表邪与健脾益气相结合，使内陷之邪以透表而出；重视补虚药物的选择，以扭转病势，临床常用人参败毒散，以人参培正而败邪，统领全方扶助正气，驱除邪毒。
