摘要

心血管疾病合并精神心理疾病被称作双心医学疾病，中医学认为心在生理上是主血脉与主神明的有机统一，故冠心病的双心问题与中医学的双心病机相吻合。心主血脉与藏神是双心疾病的生理基础；“恐则精却”是冠心病心绞痛发生双心问题的病理基础；冠心病心绞痛之双心治疗要心肺同治，精足则魄定神安，临床应用百合地黄汤治疗冠心病心绞痛合并焦虑状态效果明显。
