摘要

药疹由于致敏药物种类和患者个体因素的不同，临床表现复杂多样，病情轻重不一，赵炳南教授认为核心病因在于“内有湿，外有毒”，湿毒化热，结于肌肤；重视湿邪在药疹发病中的重要性，治疗上详辨湿、毒、热的轻重缓急，合理应用中医外治法；可辨证选用清热除湿汤、解毒凉血汤、解毒养阴汤等治疗。
