摘要

胃食管反流病是消化系统常见疾病，西医基础治疗效果不佳。中医药有整体与局部相结合、辨证施治、多靶点治疗等特点。该病的基本病机可归纳为胃膜受损，临证可以“护膜法”为主要思路，运用逍遥散、旋覆代赭汤加减等调畅气机以护膜，海螵蛸、瓦楞子、白及、木蝴蝶等制酸健胃以护膜，双管齐下，标本兼顾，疗效满意。
