摘要

目的,2,观察萆薢渗湿汤加减内服联合院内协定方肛肠洗剂一号熏洗治疗单纯低位肛瘘术后患者的疗效。,方法,2,选择120例湿热下注型单纯低位肛瘘术后患者，用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组术后给予萆薢渗湿汤加减内服联合院内协定方肛肠洗剂一号熏洗治疗，对照组术后采用高锰酸钾液熏洗治疗，连续治疗14 d。观察治疗后2组疗效及安全性，创面肿胀、渗出及疼痛评分，术后7、14、28 d时创面愈合率和创面愈合时间，血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平。,结果,2,2组总有效率均为100.0%，但经秩和检验，观察组临床疗效优于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；2组治疗后创面肿胀、渗出及疼痛评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组各项评分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；观察组术后7、14、28 d的创面愈合率均高于同期对照组（,P,<,0.05），且创面愈合时间短于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；治疗后2组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降（,P,<,0.05），血清VEGF水平均较治疗前升高（,P,<,0.05），且观察组以上指标水平变化较对照组更显著（,P,<,0.05）；2组均未发生不良反应。,结论,2,萆薢渗湿汤加减内服联合院内协定方肛肠洗剂一号熏洗治疗湿热下注型单纯低位肛瘘术后患者，效果明显，可缓解症状、促进创面愈合、减轻炎症反应，且安全性高。
