摘要

心房颤动作为难治性心血管疾病的代表之一，近30年以来，发病率、致死率逐年上升且有年轻化趋势，带来了沉重的社会经济负担。随着现代医学的不断发展，新型口服抗凝药不断研制，导管消融术等外科复律手段逐渐成熟。然而，目前的治疗还存在着一些需要解决的问题。中医药基于“主观+客观”诊断模式的有机融合和精准诊断，立足“心-脉-血-气-神”一体观，重视药物与非药物疗法的联合应用、多途径多靶点的全面覆盖以及传统中药相互间减毒增效的配伍，具有疗效显著、手段丰富、安全性高等特点，凸显中医药在心房颤动治疗中的重要性与优势。
