摘要

目的,2,初步探索冠心病阵发性心房颤动（CHD-PAF）的中医证候分类情况。,方法,2,纳入365例CHD-PAF患者，制定中医症状评分量表，收集一般临床信息和中医四诊信息，运用因子分析法对四诊信息进行降维，将特征根大于1的初始公因子得分作为变量进行聚类分析，总结CHD-PAF的常见中医证候分类。,结果,2,365例CHD-PAF患者的中医四诊信息可提取13个特征根大于1的公因子，13个公因子可被聚为4类，结合既往共识和专家意见，可将聚类结果归纳为心脾阳虚、痰浊内阻证，气滞血瘀、痹阻心脉证，气阴两虚、心神失养证和肝阳上亢、热扰心神证。,结论,2,CHD-PAF为本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证。临床常见证候为心脾阳虚、痰浊内阻证，气滞血瘀、痹阻心脉证，气阴两虚、心神失养证和肝阳上亢、热扰心神证。
