摘要

目的,2,观察中药热熨法对阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）患者的临床疗效及其肠道菌群的影响。,方法,2,随机将120例阳虚型IBS-D患者分成2组，各60例。治疗组给予神阙穴热奄包热熨，每天1次，每次持续30 min；对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊（培菲康）840 mg口服，每天2次。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后肠道双歧杆菌、粪便涂片杆菌比例，以及IBS病情严重程度量表（IBS-SSS）总积分的变化。,结果,2,2组患者在各个治疗时间点肠道双歧杆菌水平、杆菌比例均较治疗前明显提高（,P,<,0.01），IBS-SSS总积分呈逐渐下降趋势（,P,<,0.01）；且治疗组在各个治疗时间点肠道双歧杆菌的增长、粪便涂片杆菌比例的提高及IBS-SSS总积分的改善均优于对照组（,P,<,0.01）。,结论,2,神阙穴热奄包热熨治疗不仅可有效改善IBS-D患者临床症状及生活质量，且可提高患者肠道双歧杆菌水平及杆菌比例，进而纠正IBS-D患者肠道菌群失调状态。
