摘要

腹泻型肠易激综合征（diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome，IBS-D）是以腹痛、腹泻为基础症状，以反复发作、病程长、无器质性病变、精神心理因素突出为特征，是临床常见的功能性胃肠病。脾肾阳虚证为IBS-D主要的证型之一，且该病常伴有焦虑、抑郁等心理状态，临床上可选用温肾健脾调枢法治疗，“调枢”广义为调节神明之枢（脑）、脏腑之枢（脾胃）、开阖之枢（少阳），在IBS-D证治中“调枢”为调节脏腑之枢（脾胃），以畅达中焦气机。由四神丸化裁加减的温肾健脾调枢方对该病有较好疗效，心理调摄是提高本病临床治愈率、降低复发率、提高患者生活质量的重要环节。
