摘要

心悸发病受生活、社会、心理多方因素综合影响，其病机关键为久虚为本、痰瘀为标、心神再伤。即有形之心被虚实之邪所困，无形之心被七情所郁，“双心”不通。结合心悸发病的病因病机，运用“以通为用”的治法，“双心”同调，采用寓通于补、化痰逐瘀通脉、畅通心神的治法，为临床辨治心悸提供更为丰富的理论依据、思路与方法。
