摘要

哺乳期乳腺炎是临床常见病，表现为患部红肿热痛，一般认为本病属于热证。古籍中关于火针治疗热证有一定争议。随着对火针认识的发展，认为火针具有引气和发散的作用，温通之力强且力量集中，可直达病所以助火热毒邪外散、引热外达。结合火针本身具有早期干预、直达病所、疗效显著、花费少、安全等优势，运用火针治疗本病有一定疗效。
