摘要

中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）具有独特优势，但临床上缺乏COPD中医证候鉴别诊断的实验室指标，不能客观、精确地反映组织、细胞或器官中的动态变化，制约了中医药优势的发挥。从炎症指标、凝血指标、免疫指标等方面探讨COPD不同中医证候实验室指标的差异，可以为COPD中医证候鉴别诊断提供客观依据，进一步探寻COPD不同中医证候的物质基础，推进中医药现代化。
