摘要

四逆散方在临床上运用广泛，然历代医家对四逆散之方证病机多存争议。杨明会教授从经络和心肾、水火等角度分析认为四逆散当从少阴说。杨教授主张临证当把握四逆散和阴阳、和气血、和肝脾的作用，注意四逆散汤剂、散剂等不同剂型的区别，并例举病案佐证四逆散治疗疾病的广泛性和有效性。
