摘要

陈秀华教授根据其多年治疗湿疹的临床经验，将岭南陈氏针法与刺血疗法相融合，以分期分经为立足点，以辨证论治为核心，形成独特的诊疗体系，强调刺血“快、稳、准”；强调行针刺激量，分级补泻；同时重视守神与养神的重要性。本文归纳陈教授临证诊疗湿疹思路，总结并分析其针法及选穴特点，供同道参考。
