摘要

幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌的发生密切相关。中医药研究认为湿热邪气侵袭是Hp感染的主要原因，脾胃虚弱是发病的病理基础，内生湿热、气机阻滞是发病的重要影响因素。临床上治疗Hp感染以清热化湿为总治则，结合健脾益气、疏肝和胃等，可以取得较好的疗效。从湿热论治Hp感染的思路与方法包括脾弱生湿，治湿热须健运脾胃；内外相引，治湿热应内外兼顾；湿阻气机，治湿热要理气化湿；湿与热合，治湿热得分清主次；所病不同，治湿热需区分病种。
