摘要

神经源性膀胱是一种常见的神经系统病变引起的并发症，本文从神经源性膀胱西医发病机制及中医病因病机，探讨“病-症-位”结合取穴电针治疗的作用机制。神经源性膀胱病位主要在膀胱和肾，与三焦和肺有一定的联系，经脉涉及足太阳膀胱经及任脉、督脉；治疗取穴以盆底及下腹部穴位为主，主穴包括中髎、次髎、会阳、关元、归来，治疗时采用电针深刺，直至病所，以促进患者排尿功能的恢复。临床中，通过“病-症-位”结合，根据神经源性膀胱的中西医诊断、特点、症状、涉及的脏腑经络等综合因素，辨病与辨症选穴。总结一套神经源性膀胱的电针诊疗方案，为临床治疗提供参考。
