摘要

人体以少阳为气机表里内外之枢，三焦为气机升降出入之枢，气机升降如常与少阳三焦气道的畅达密切相关。少阳三焦枢机不利可导致津液不能濡养周身，发为消渴，为糖尿病的核心病机之一。临床应用宣通法调达少阳三焦枢机，应用行气宣通法、益气宣通法、和气宣通法、破气宣通法治疗糖尿病“滞-虚-结-阻”四个阶段，治疗糖尿病疗效较佳。
