摘要

肥胖是高血压的主要危险因素之一，超重人群较正常体质量人群患高血压的风险大2~3倍，肥胖人群高血压患病率达90%。青年人群中肥胖的发生率也较高，中青年是社会工作的重要参与者，与老年人不同，该人群高血压的危险因素中精神因素、嗜酒好烟、缺乏运动、嗜食肥甘厚味、嗜食凉饮生冷等占比较大。肥胖型高血压以脾虚痰湿为基础病机，从脾论治，采用健脾渗湿、燥湿化痰、清热化痰等法治疗中青年肥胖型高血压，可明显改善患者身体状态，有效控制血压。
