摘要

目的,2,观察夹脊穴深刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。,方法,2,选择2019年7月—2021年7月北京中西医结合医院确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为普通针刺组、夹脊穴常规刺组和夹脊穴深刺组各30例，剔除脱落病例，最终普通针刺组24例，夹脊穴常规刺组29例，夹脊穴深刺组26例。普通针刺组予常规腧穴针刺治疗，夹脊穴常规刺组给予夹脊穴常规深度针刺治疗，夹脊穴深刺组予夹脊穴深刺治疗。3组均留针30 min，隔日1次，每周3次，共4周。比较3组总有效率及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、日本骨科学会腰痛评估量表（JOA）评分。,结果,2,治疗前3组VAS、JOA评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。治疗后3组VAS、JOA评分均较治疗前改善（,P,<,0.05）；夹脊穴深刺组VAS评分，JOA评分中的自觉症状、日常生活活动及总分较普通针刺组、夹脊穴常规刺组改善明显（,P,<,0.05）；普通针刺组VAS评分、JOA总分优于夹脊穴常规刺组（,P,<,0.05）。夹脊穴深刺组总有效率高于其他2组（,P,<,0.05），夹脊穴常规刺组与普通针刺组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。治疗过程中未出现晕针、血肿、滞针等不良事件。,结论,2,夹脊穴深刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显，安全性高。
